Interview Vesper vs Izazella
"Diva? The one from Devil Angels? Yeah, I've seen her."
"The one that was wearing the pink latex outfit on the last CP? I would never put on something like that!"
OK, so you seem to know how Diva Izazella looks. But Iz ain't only Devil Angels - I'm curious how much you really know about her...
+ A simple question for a start: who are you NOT?
++ I'm certainly not a person that would do anything for show, all my actions come from my need of creation. This need is so strong that I don't care about people laughing in the street or criticizing me at parties. My appearance is the projection of my soul.
+ Were the beginnings damn hard, very hard or just hard?
+ Huh, the beginnings are now, and they're very hard, we'll see what time brings! I have not considered being a designer or a stylist before - I designed and created only for myself and sometimes for my closest friends and relatives. The thought of doing this on a broader scale came to me not so long ago.
+ Have you ever had moments of doubt in what you do?
++ No, because that would mean going to parties nakes! And you can't do that in our country! I sew clothes for myself, cause I hate shopping, and I shall do that as long as I party - it's like an addiction. I always must have a new creation of mine, but thanks to that I am absolutely sure that I won't give up designing.
+ If a girl would like to follow your footsteps - what is a TOTAL "no-no"?
++ She should not use acrylic nail tips, as it makes sewing hard! Hehehe - seriously, though, I have no idea. Perhaps it's all about doing what you love and don't care about the others liking it or not.
+ An interesting hobby, a big response from the fans - what does the closest family think about that?
++ Fans? You surely mean my beloved Marta (Natasha de Viant) and of course my family! The passion was passed onto me by my mom - thanks to her the fashion show could take place. Before that, everyone was really helpful - my mom with the sewing, and my dad was supplying everything - he's a man for whom nothing is impossible, so he could get everything, even the most unusual materials and buckles needed for a particular design.
+ Your ideal woman of the 21st century?
++ Gwen Stefani :D, Shakira... And I like all those plastic Hollywoodz dolls: Pamela or Jenna Jameson :**- Heehee, this might sound controversial, but well... - I love plastic! Lack, latex, silicon!
+ Unfold the mystery a bit - how did you meet Natasha?
++ Oh, it happened in the kindergarten - it is said that I popped her balloons and broke her crayons - I must confess that I use much more sublime "pick up" methods nowadays. We're friends since time immemorial, we had breaks and crises, but regardless of it all we managed to survive and I think it's a "relationship" for the whole life.
+ An ideal advertisement for you and your creations would be,,,?
++ Care not what the others say - create and put on whatever you want to! Generation Plastic is the future I feel a co-creator of!! :D
+ Completion: already there or still before you?
++ Come on, if now would mean my completion, I would probably commit suicide! I want to achieve something in life. My dreams include Palace of Versailles and the Nobel Prize :D
+ Pick an art piece (or popculture product ;)) that in your opinion describes your character - a painting, a book, a movie, a record - anything ;)
cokolwiek ;)
++ Salvador Dali's art, "The Card Index" by Różewicz, "The Master and Margarita" by Bulgakov, "The Jacket" - a movie with Adrian Brody, TRIBES OF NEUROT - all of this mixed and spiced with Kabbalah!
+ How about classic fairytales: do you feel more of a Cindirella, Sleeping Beauty, Evil Witch or a... Big Bad She-Wolf? ;)
++ It depends on the mood! Lately I am more of a Sleeping Beauty - must be that winter weather.
+ Do you think that Poland gives a chance to breakthrough with one's own ideas above that what massmedia imposes upon us? You're not running away to the West from us, are you?
++ I will run for sure! I am not going to drudge here - once I finish the university I want to leave, and I am already applying for a job with a big western company. It would be nice to send designs via the net and get the money straight on my bank account - and I mean big money, eh ;p
+ Finish the sentence: "A girl without the internet is like..."
++ Is happy, cause she's got more time for herself? :P Lately, I've been wasting too much time online and I am mad because of that!
+ You've mentioned Generation Plastic :D Who would be in your dream-team promoting this concept? ;)
++ My little Natasha, Bagiennik (this is impossible, he hates my designs). I would love to have Deathstars :D and a few more "starlets" of the cyber-electro scene :D
+ The most difficult project so far was...?
++ A night dress for my mom! It was meant to be casual - it's hard, cause I don't like "polite" things. Fortunately, my mom's got a great fashion sense, so she won't be so picky once I make something especially for her. :D
+ Can the male population count on getting some of your designs for themselves?
++ Oh, yes! Honestly speaking, this is the biggest fun. I think that with time I shall limit my designs only to male fashion!
+ When can we start looking for your creations in shops (e.g. online)? Do you want to go commercial?
++ If a company (although I am going to talk only to western ones) will employ me, you can get ready soon! I am not going to sell things online, I thought about E-bay some time ago, but only single pieces and priced very highly :D We'll see, I just might put something up for sale!
+ Can one count on feelings in a world full of latex and PVC, or is everything just a pose?
++ It's hard for me to judge the scene. For me latex, lack and PVC are favourite materials I love to create with, I have no idea of the feelings of the people who wear them.
+ The next big step in your life is...?
++ I don't want to spoil it... But concerning the things not connected with designing, I have to write and defend my MA :P
+ If you were a child again, and could choose what to do in your future - would you follow the same artistic path?
++ Well, I have not decided to do something in particular - it came to me! But if I was to be a child again, I would probably pay more attention to my piano and guitar lessons, I wish I had done that.
